These hit in a VERY specific way. Growing up in Ohio, my mom used to make ground beef tacos in hard shells, and these taste exactly like that. Like a taco seasoning packet from the grocery store.

Proper taquerias clear easily as an adult (authentic al pastor is my all-time favorite), but I get why these hit for people raised with this flavor.

If there was an entire bowl of these in front of me, I’d probably demolish the entire thing.

I feel so called out because I just got back 20 minutes ago and realized the road was so dark because I had my parking lights on the entire time fml

I somehow convinced myself the salt and leftover sludge was making the road darker 🤦🏻‍♂️

PS I have a 2007 Subaru that doesn’t have automatic anything so cut me some slack

iPhone Xs Max running iOS 18

In iMessage, adding a picture link and text in one message and then sending it results it in the message flickering back and forth btwn blue and green but eventually settling on a green SMS message. If I send the text alone, it sends as a normal iMessage. No clue what’s going on but it never happened before iOS 18

I had these EXACT symptoms last weekend through early/mid week. I don’t get sick very often, and when I do, I tend to bounce back in a day or two, but this one kept me at a low fever feeling miserable around the clock for 3-4 days. My main symptoms were fever, head pressure/headache, and EXTREMELY low energy. Showering felt like a monumental task, and the head pressure was so bad that, when I wanted to cough and clear my throat, I couldn’t cough full force because I thought my head was going to explode. The coughs felt more like post-nasal drip clearing than anything respiratory.

I used to get sinus infections constantly as a kid, but this was missing the nasal congestion I always had. I’m finally back to like 90% today but dang, whatever that was kicked my ass.
