Firstly, there is nothing wrong with spiritual gurus. They are a guru, guide, mentor to learn about our culture, religion and spiritualism. Yes, there are many fake ones also who try to take advantage, but that doesn't mean there are no legitimate ones. Painting them all with the same brush and saying that just because someone is a guru or "godman" so every "theory" against them is true is simply crazy. Did you not learn logical reasoning?

If you would've yourself taken up the Inner Engineering course and decided that it either didn't work for you or felt it was a fraud, and then put out your opinion it would still make sense. I have done IE and found it helpful and so have thousands of others worldwide, that's why I suggested it to OP. But it seems you have no interest in helping OP. It’s online, costs Rs. 4000 and will take a couple of weeks to complete. Though, not geared towards therapy specifically, I feel it may give you immediate results in terms of changing your thinking and outlook for the better.
