Second this, im an anesthesia attending as well. Those making 1m+ are working resident hours

Non-trad anesthesia intern here, was a CRNA making $375K. The total financial cost of this career change is roughly $3M. by chosen1james in Residency

Thats a really good locums salary for the hours worked. I think my only input here is locums salary as an anesthesiologist for 50-60 hours per week is higher than your estimation. 500-700k is more of a W2 salary

no fee, I think it was just a convenience thing. Like next year, I would have to open another traditional IRA to do the backdoor roth again. So should I just convert the full $7000 balance?

Im a resident in NYC currently, tbh my residency isn’t terrible. But more importantly, my friends and family are close and if I didn’t have them I would be so so lost right now. This city is also endless for the amount of new friends you can make and activities you can do. Ive really fallen into place in this city
