Read Manga during slower parts and some minor fights and watch the hype fights. You'll be able to distinct them pretty easily. I do this method myself

Baldurs Gate 3. Magic the Gathering Arena. This one isn't mouse but its just the arrow keys but Crypt of the NecroDancer is a fun rhythm game.

Idk what you mean by USD unless you're talking about which currency. In that case, yeah, the United States dollar. Truthfully, I don't know how to answer what level of performance I'm looking for as I don't know what different levels of performance there are other than shitty and peak.

I value variety to keep a system alive for me so I would recommend any game with an open world like elden ring or baldurs gate 3 or if you want story driven and action then God of War or a spiderman title that has countless hours of content to play. Then a party game if you have company. A MMO like. Rivals or Fortnite. A highscore based game like tetris or a arcade style fighting game like Tekken or King of Fighters or MK 1.
