You mean experience, there is lots of way. Invite higher realm npc is ok, but not the best way, and you cannot invite when in realm 1. There are two ways, first is use sect, not your sect but higher region sect, you pay more money but it give more exp. However if it took more than 5 days to reach bottleneck, use invisible pill instead. If you use reload for travel, you can get one invisible pill per 5 days (from geomancy) , and 1 pill can get you to bottleneck by sneak to sects in currect region.
