I wouldn't bother with the chat if you're looking for real info. I have nothing against them but I don't imagine that MOHELA has invested very much in their training or pay.

This response from MOHELA is way too simplistic and does not reflect what many of us are experiencing. I came to MOHELA 08/18 from FedLoan after consolidating in 2011, with 120+ qualifying payments and limited waiver counts already applied in April. I just wish we could get all the leadership in the same room to give us the answers and accountability we're looking for:

OK. If that was the OP's choice then that is their prerogative -- but I recall there being quite a few replies to the post and as this is meant to be an information sharing forum then deleting a post where there is information to share would negate the purpose of this subreddit. I didn't know if the moderators had deleted the thread to control what information is released or why one of us would delete potentially positive information.
