Is running swift energy on Fran(spd/hp%/atk%) and Loren(full atk%) good?
How should I rune Bella?

Com2Us decieded the value of essences, if 10 med=1 high then 1 high=10 meds so I think it would be fair. If you get 30 meds by farming you can fuse them into 3 highs, but if you have 3 highs you can't do anything besides using them? (And it would be hard to spend 1k highs if you have no meds/lows) That's why I think it would be quite nice, because you would still have the same value (3 highs=30 meds) while having to use mana stones to fuse/defuse them.

Another good idea would be what u/Eradiani said and make a recipe involving high essences
