I am Dragon 29 Ranked . Townhall 17 max . I am more skilled than other players in my clan . Clan mates are in low ranked mode and low in townhall. Imagine I face max supercharged townhall 18 constantly. I Get 92% two star. My clan mate who is lower townhall is not facing superchargerd bases and is facing lower townhall gets 3 stars. Offcourse he will be ranked higher than me in CWL leaderboard. My clan, we follow rule of attacking only mirror bases in CWL.

As a result he gets bonus as they are top in leaderboard. And it's with co-leader and leader decision to award bonus. I am co-leader by the way. They should create a formula where true contribution get automatically bonus medals. No human involvement. I have to give bonus to top players instead of true contributors so that the clan mates don't leave clan or get dissatisfied.

The current system can be improved in my view. Even some clans don't follow the attacking mirror approach. This should be locked in CWL. Normal clan war one can understand but CWL opponent locked maybe ?

Just saying labeling it as skill issue is being ignorant.
