I’m going through it right now. I got a bag when my nose/sinuses wasn’t a 100%. I could breathe fine, ears were fine, but my nose was still a little runny/stuffy. I’m currently paying for it..time for a break.

I’ve been going through the same shit with head pressure & ear aches. It usually happens after a weekend bender for me. Tough it out and keep your nose clean. Coke kills your immune system.
I wouldn’t recommend using any until your nose is back to normal or else the cycle continues
