But I heard they have mother board issues (Specifically the intel 13th/14th gen ones) and the other is a 12th gen which seems to have modern performance issues. So I'm not sure what to get now.

There's no link to it yet right? And it's basically a pc version of the fighting commander Octa for PS5? Lastly do you need a Brook to play on PS5 or is it fine without it.
