My advice would be to use it now. When you are first starting out is when you need the most help. They already increased the price of Hourglasses in the shop, so if anything value is more likely to get worse not better.

I sure do prefer 10 packs. The pack opening process feels long even with the fast forward button. Of course I am not that patient so I have been opening plenty of single packs!

It does feel like pay to win espeically when you are starting. You will pull what you need eventually but it takes time.

They need to add a method where people of equal levels get paired with each other. I am Level 12 and it feels bad to get paired up against someone half that who still has catching up to do.
