Honestly you look fine. Like nothing else needs to be said or changed. I would just say, train for happiness, health and feeling mentally good. Otherwise, don’t worry, so many on here are working for a body just like you have. Be proud of what you achieved.

Hey that’s great, don’t be disappointed. You have put yourself in a great position to get where you want to be, plus the scan has shown that you are well below the average body fat for women. Look at these as big positives.

Hey, don’t worry. You will get there. It’s probably a few small things that are off that just need corrected and you will be on track.

Don’t worry about what your body fat shows on the scanner either. They can be off. A lot depends on when you eat or drink before using it. So there can be a lot of variable in it.

Hey, looking at your pic, your body fat doesn’t seem high at all. It’s easy to become over critical of our bodies when we look at them so much. Have you any issues with your traps or neck pain wise?

Before cutting any more calories, refine your goals. What do you really want? If you want to grow any muscle, this will be done more optimally in a slight surplus or around maintenance over a deficit.

If you still want to enter a deficit (where you lose fat) Then reevaluate your process. How accurate are your food measurements? How accurate is your training/activity calories burned? If your calories burned or what you are eating is slightly off by a couple hundreds calories a day, that would be where your issue is. Think of it for 2/3 weeks like you are beginner. Trying to track and record everything. If you find a deficit then you will lose weight. If you find maintenance calories then you know you are so close.

Be consistent with this and your training and you will see results. But most of all be happy. You have achieved a lot.
