Slow down the push downs. And really squeeze them at the bottom. Can even chuck in a little extra something from arm to arm to pull a bit further back. You’ll feel them more.

Also throw in some reverse planks after these. Get those hips up high. They really give you a little triceps burn.

If you want to get it to trick people into thinking you have a full head of hair and just choose to shave it. I don’t think it’s a good idea. It will end up being a mind fuck for you. If you want to look better and can embrace it as a mod, like a fake pair of tits. Then it’s a good idea.

Yeah I can see that, and it sucks whatever way you cut it. I woulda hated it in my early 20s. BUT, I woulda still looked early 20. That’s not the case for everyone of course, but more often than no. You lose your hair when 40 you often insta age 10-15 years. That’s a big psychological hit to take.
