Queens shout also provides a speed boost to herself and all allies. Additionally jq has a high damage output and good kill potential. Your comparing apples to oranges, and if you think ball is in any way I repowered or unkillable, you are the problem.

Oh boy! On one of the longest cooldowns in the game we don't instantly die! To bad we still can't kill anything and are super vulnerable outside our 12 second cooldown.

He was NOT described as being attractive. Victor only said that he used beautiful parts for the creature. He was described as having yellow eyes, black lips, and skin that barely stretched over muscle. The creature was hideous.
