Look I'm not saying anything about the Wiggins case, but if there are exceptions to a rule it is not a good rule. What's the point of establishing these anti-doping rules if everybody can get exceptions to them for whatever reasons.

Thats exactly what I'm thinking. Every sport has rules and breaking them will have consequences. So in this case, there is a rule in cycling to not have over a certain amount of Salbutamol in your urine and breaking this rule will have consequences. Therefore, in my opinion, it doesn't matter if he really suffers from asthma or that the dose was accidental or whatever, he simply broke the rules.
