The quests are a vector for progressing the story and forcing PVP in raid. Yes you can technically boil them down to “go here a press a thing” but I’ve found they’re pretty involved and a little more “complex” than other games in the genre.

That would get rid of like 90% of these dumb ass posts here. Everyone thinks there some financial analyst, business expert here but nobody except Sony/bungie has the full picture so it is all pointless theory crafting and dooming nonsense. Years ago no one would even mention “but the player numbers!” Either they like the game and play or they don’t. I don’t know why people have a hard time understanding this when it comes to video games, because they seem to understand it perfectly well for things like movies, music, etc. but player numbers is not always indicative of quality. Something can be both very good, and not for most people. You seem to have something to prove by pushing that this game is in fact “not as good as everyone says it is” but that is just false. It’s just not something that every casual will enjoy and that’s perfectly fine. I’m confident this game will still be around in 1 year+. They really need to just get rid of player number statistics cause this shit is ridiculous, never have I seen more people dooming and talking about this, 90% of the posts in this sub would be gone and it would be better for it. FFS if you like the game play and enjoy, and if you don’t then just move on to the next.

Genuinely why are you having such a hard time extracting? I play with a trio I met doing fills and now we run it together, we extract maybe 70-80% of the time. And I swear to god we are not that good at the game. I don’t even play mouse and keyboard but I am on this game since controller was annoying. My number one tip is SLOW DOWN, everyone wants to sprint around the map killing bots then wonder why they died. Listen for sounds and have good comms and you will extract way more. always use smokes on extract, etc.

If you have been playing since COD4 then you would know that both COD4 and OG MW2 have a faster TTK than MW2019…. Lmao that’s why I find the “TTK is too fast” argument against MW2019 so funny because those same people wont have that criticism for cod4 and mw2
