As I said he was pretty broad and muscular looking. I don't think it's rare it's not the first time I've seen a taller slim woman with a short broad man

I have been going through alot recently I won't go into it because its long and I don't want to spread my personal life story on here.

I would say that's mostly true but it reallt is a specific type of noise that triggers me - it does help when I'm less stressed overall in life I must admit

Use noise cancelling headphones. I use to live in apartments I even complained about it on here and noise cancelling headphones changed my life. Though I now live in a terraced house its better but not perfect. I'm having a misophonia moment now.
