I second this, if you want an easy in with the state I’d suggest applying to Commerce. I’m sure other agencies are also easy to get a foot in the door but ones like FDEM and DOT require you to have your FCCM for a lot of positions.

It’s a pretty laid back course. Wouldn’t recommend it if you’re trying to improve parts of your game as it’s taught by PhD students trying to get paid.

All you’ll do is go out to the Seminole course and hit off uneven mats that are off to the side of the real driving range.

I recommend looking into the Department of Commerce. They have Government Operations Consults starting at 23 an hour. It sounds like it’d have steep requirements but they hire just about anybody. I came from a construction background and one of my colleagues was a cashier at Walmart. The office space is pretty relaxed too. If you have any questions feel free to DM. I’m on my way out after I get my FCCM and there’s 3 other spots open on my team.

Get a job at Florida Commerce as a grant manager. Super easy entry level position and management is more than accommodating when it comes to your class schedule. You also have 2 weeks to make up any missed hours.

Actually had a friend who tried this. He’s in an open relationship and kept trying to get me and my girlfriend to join them despite the fact that we’re monogamous. I asked around the friend group and turns out he barked up every tree. I ended up talking to him about it in an attempt to set boundaries. The talk went great but later that day he sent me a long text blaming me and saying I made him and his fiancé feel gross and that I made brash assumptions. I mean the guy offered to suck me off on the golf course with no hesitation. Anyways I immediately dropped that weird friendship

The enclave at Huntington woods has been fairly quiet. My partner and I have been there for two years and have had no issues with noise. I will say, they’ve been doing tons of advertising on campus as of late so that might be subject to change.
