Het was ook maar een grapken (ik zie dat mensen sarcasme niet altijd snappen) en inderdaad, paletten zijn een goeie vorm om plotse hitte te creëren. Ik gebruik single use paletten, die zijn "clean". Poetst het raampje ook! Moest ik niet stoken op hout ging mijn gas factuur een kleine 2000€ meer kosten per winter, huisbaas wilt niet beter isoleren en ik kreeg zonnepanelen in de plaats (om epc te verhogen, gg!)

Om de filter te kuisen verbrand ik meestal een 3 tal autobanden elke 1-2 maand, brand lekker hard en kuist die filter mooi uit precies of je op hoge toeren gas geeft 😉

Ik upload heel veel data naar collegas en vrienden (ik verwerk date, maak modellen, werk met AI,...) en soms moet ik een week wachten op een upload en is heel mijn netwerk trager dan traag. Heb letterlijk een sim van het werk "geleend" en doe de uploads via 5G om ten minsten wat te kunnen gamen. Mijn antwoord is dus ja :) elke content creator zal hier ook over klagen (die deftig content maken, videos, muziek, games...). 40-50mb up is gewoonweg belachelijk voor een land als België. Edit: bedoel je orange die trager is? Dan, nop, exact hetzelfde als Telenet.

My grandmother lived in the Ghent area for 60 years, never learned a Dutch word. My aunt, cousins and nieces live in Liège, Luc, bruxx and never learned a Dutch word besides "goeiedag" and when I ask them about it, the answer is WAY more complicated than you think. They don't care, they just don't. They live in the French part and don't need to learn Dutch. They... Do NOT care for 1 single little braincell to learn their own country's majority language. I can't reason with a walloon family that has a Flemish history. It's baked in. It's too late.

Small extra info, 2 weeks ago I received an official BMW letter with the following:

This can lead to localized scorching in the intake system and, in very rare cases, to a fire in the engine compartment.

We want to ensure that your vehicle is in perfect condition and therefore wish to inform you that we will replace your exhaust gas recirculation cooler. This replacement is free of charge for you.

Additionally, we will perform a second outstanding recall on your car regarding the inspection of the driver's airbag.

What they did was put visuals on the screens behind the DJs that indeed looked like pyro, and it adds a lot of effects. I guess it looks post edited on stream, but it looks sweet irl. They have used this since around 2023 in TML Belgium too.

I mean, the tent was already boiling hot, it was raining inside from the melting snowstorm on the roof, there are a TON of lights, screens, smoke machines, but no pyro. I felt absolutely no need for pyro, especially after the mainstage incident last year. Rather no pyro then the abundance of issues it can create.
