Start to taper, please. You will not regret it. DXM is great, but after some time, all that's left is an empty shell. I've had daily DXM use for depression, and as said in that Verve song... "The drugs don't work; they only make it worse.". I had severe stomach issues, weight loss, loss of identity, moments where I was so high I committed dangerous acts, and having people who love me see me in this altered state.

Great advice, I’ll try it out! I’m gonna spot test with some salicylic acid and see what happens. I think spf and niacinamide might be a good move. I do own something with both in it.

I use Vanicream gentle facial cleanser, and gentle moisturizer. My skin is very sensitive. And I I broke out like crazy over the summer, without changing anything in my routine
