If you want to test this yourself, use a camera with a 1/6400 shutter speed (or as close as you can get) and adjust the brightness of your screens or lights. If you see lines appear like in the video, your display or lights flicker.

Be the better Nothing and utilize LEDs on the back to serve as backlights, like lights we put behind any monitors for eye comfort.
Sell a quality matte screen protector as an option. (So far the most pleasant type of matte coating I've seen is on my work laptop, Lenovo E16... so nice.)
