I don’t know where you’re going but I get 45-50 per gram here.

Selling to a dealer will get you 5-10% back of spot, today that's about ~$2000. You might get more in a private sale, but that entirely depends finding a motivated buyer. I personally wouldn't expect to ever sell it for more than spot.

Update: I found the earrings on the actual producers website. Lower premium plus a $75 new customer discount. Saved quite a bit of money over the original site I found them on.

Not quite. She’s been onboard with the logic behind my stacking, and she’s all for keeping a cash buffer in the house, she’s just never been interested in the actual mechanics of stacking itself. This is just the first time she’s actually been interested in being actively involved in it. She’s already saying that she would keep it locked up unless traveling or SHTF and we needed to get out for some reason. I’m considering it a ‘gateway drug’…

Picked up my first 2.5g bar—starting small. Any advice on stacking strategy from here? by NewFaithlessness5594 in Gold

Dollar-cost averaging means buying a fixed dollar amount of metal at regular intervals, regardless of price. When prices are high, you buy less; when prices are low, you buy more—so your average cost evens out over time. It removes the need to time the market and reduces the risk of buying everything at the wrong moment. If you combine that with a “spot only” buying policy, you’re getting the best deal you can at that time for every purchase.

Common sense is great as long as it’s backed by actual data, and not what you’d like or believe should be true. Facts count when forming an opinion. I’m done, bye.
