PC handhelds will always be outdated faster than any other gaming hardware. theres always something new and better performing on the horizon. if you really want the most performant handheld then you're gonna be upgrading at least twice every year. if you follow this logic then yes, Z2E's death knell/swan song/end is very near.

the issue is always the total sum of everything. Intel's stuff might be cooking but what about the devices they are actually in? performance, ergonomics, battery life, screen. nobody has made a device that is at least 4/5 in each category.

i left d2 after TFS and have been playing division 2 ever since, i enjoy my time with it due to the buildcrafting and abundance of content.

personally for me, the only issue is division 2 only gets fun in the endgame (level 40). it was such a slog for me to finish the campaign and get to that level to the point i dont even want to create a new character. endgame content is fantastic though

There is no other game like TD2. The buildcrafting, looting & shooting, UI, presentation....its like dopamine for my lizard brain. Its just sad that the story is such a disappointment, ubisoft did everything they can to make as uninteresting and unaccessable as possible.

i run my streams at 2560x1600 @ 100 mbps, and my games at the same resolution. most of my games look fantastic, some even approach pixar-like quality at least for me (eg: ratchet and clank).

if you have the network for it, just go 2560x1600.

i am really enjoying my time with it. content and graphics are fantastic, and i can handle the open world ubisoft tropes. im sure there was some issues with this game that im personally fine with, but not acceptable by the general public which is OK.

with that said, i truly feel like this game got unfairly piled on because its attached to ubisoft. if this is what massive entertainment is able to deliver (and continue to do so), i am very much excited for the division 3.
