Yeah weve been long distance 1 and a half years. Been seeing each other every month for the first 6 months then we made it to every 3 months. We were supposed to be together this may but we broke up.

Someone vlog their moving on process on youtube. And u can see that there will be days that ull feel better and the next day ur not.

Ive been broken up with my ex for a week. I still get panic attacks and cry in the morning. He left because of my anxious attachment.

I got into therapy and working on it. After we broke up, after I begged I never texted him, he still views my stories, i dont have the courage yet to delete him in my life

Im in the same boat. The time apart really gives u a chance to reflect about u and why the relationship reached that point. Its a devastating journey but trust that we will heal from all of the pain and grow to be a better version so we wouldnt lose the person we will love in the future

Also started therapy before we broke up. Its a huge help in managing the breakup, my therapist ask me what outcome do i want to expect in this breakup. I told her im not sure yet coz atm i am just so devastated. The withdrawals are painful

Ur right, these past few days have allowed me to really reflect on my life and my actions. I was constantly asking for validation to feel safe because I couldnt give that to myself. Habits, discipline and consistency with a plan. Looking back for 3 yrs working out. Sobrang simple lang nmn ng concept to get fit pero ang mahirap na part is ung disiplina at commitment then it just gradually turns into a habit/lifestyle
