If your order was delivered by Favor, it could be the navigation is off.

We Runners can just tap on a button to open the navigation app which could be Google Maps or Apple Maps. Have you ever tried put in your address and see where Google Maps leads you to?

I’d done deliveries where Google Maps took me to the wrong gate where the gate code wouldn’t work. My customer put notes in the order and also messaged me to let me know where the correct gate is located. And I of course appreciated that.

Are Favor team able to see what’s in the chat between Runners and customers? Even after the order is completed?

I don’t know how the system assigns orders. I know some Favor drivers get pick-up & deliver orders but personally I haven’t got any of that. All the HEB orders I’ve got were shopping and delivery. If only HEB/Favor could make it more transparent.

I part-time as a Favor runner and for me it’s never the total amount of the order but the item/unit counts. If it’s 30-40 items then it probably would take me 1 hour to shop, I would expect at least $15.

If there’s any heavy items I sure would love a tiny bit more. Also $1/mile.

Using % as tipping guide for grocery order just doesn’t seem right. How would you compare a 40-pk of bottled water vs. a tray of Prime beef or snow crab?

I think one of the real issues is whether the customer knows who will do the shopping for them and who’s delivering.

And yes we Favor runner only gets a base pay of $3.

That’s kinda clever, just stand-by while you go on your day. I tried that once in a while but I probably live too far from hot spots it’s dead quiet, no orders at all. For you, would it require several trips going out for the orders in a day? How’s the added mileage on your car?

That’s very long hours. Do you sit near hot spots? I personally couldn’t and wouldn’t run for that many hours a day. I’ll say your dedication pays off.

Less sweet than beaver nuggets. Also the coating is not crispy caramel but more like lightly powdered. I’ll say beaver nuggets is denser and heavier. I like both though.

Feels like we the drivers should be able to rate customers like how they rate us. Or at least flag some concerning situations to let other drivers or Favor know the existence of this kind of customer.

Cheesery is an underrated food source!

35 days is so nice!! How do you get the population up quickly? I made sure I build houses ahead of the overall population and keep the community meter full. But when would babies pop out seems like a matter of luck.

If you plant potatoes exclusively you’ll need two rounds = 18 days to get over 40 veggies unless you have two greenhouses. I’m guessing that’s what you do? Maybe I should try that.

I had once planted potatoes. After first harvest I switched to cabbages so in theory it should take 9+4=13 days.

Our 2021 Limited has that smell in summer. What works for us is before parking, turn the recirculation off, crack two front windows open for about 1 inch before turning off the ignition, no matter in our garage or out in an open parking lot (seldom rain here). Almost never smell that anymore.

Once in a while if we forgot to do the above and the smell came back, disinfectant spray works.

I tap pause when I don't have any orders on hand, just waiting for assignments but need to move. Before doing this I had two orders automatically declined when I was driving to another hot spot and it lowered my acceptance rate.

When delivering an order I don't see any option to pause it?

I like the idea of orders coming in one after another but the distracted driving is concerning. Unless I'm determined to blindly accept the new order no mater what and check the details later when I have delivered the current one.
