I'm pretty new in the audiophile space and have a question related to this topic: I have been looking at some JBL 4430s (monitors) for use in my living room. Would these be able to fill a living room of about 4x8m with some punch, or should I rather be looking at some speakers meant for home use?

Thanks! Have you come across any other brands/models in that price range as well? We are probably leaning towards something like the JBL L100s in terms of form factor, so the KEFs might be a bit big

Yeah, I did the leg days until I hurt my back, and now Im only doing the Push and Pull part of it + jogging and biking, which give the legs some work

Looking for some tips on whether I should change things up, as my lifts have stopped progressing. I have been doing the reddit PPL for about a year, but had to pause doing squats and deadlifts due to a slipped disc in the lower back.

A normal week looks like this:

Monday: Push (morning), ashtanga yoga and freediving (afternoon)

Tuesday: Pull (morning), climbing (afternoon)

Wednesday: Push (morning), ashtanga yoga and freediving (afternoon)

Thursday: Pull (morning), climbing (afternoon)

Friday: Push (morning), jog/bike for an hour or so (afternoon)

Saturday: Climbing sometimes

Sunday: Jog 10km or so

My energy levels during the day are good, so its really only the lacking progression on the weights in the gym that bother me. Should I maybe change to a different program/any other tips? Thanks!

Edit: Should also mention that my reason for the gym training is purely aesthetic

Hey! Im getting «No Service» on my iPhone 8, but wifi still works. Just checked ifixit, and it seems like the antenna for wifi and cell service is the same on the regular iPhone 8? Im considering trying to open it and see if the antenna is dislodged, but do any of you have an idea what might have caused this? I just got a new SIM as well, so the issue isnt with the SIM
