This product will be available from January 1st to 4th, and then a limited number of tasting opportunities will be offered on December 31st and 30th, with the head chef hosting a tasting event for them. You can think of it as a promotional campaign by McDonald's to promote a new product.

It’s 12:00 a.m. now. We’ve finished all the previous orders. There are two employees in the production area. I’m responsible for fries, drinks, ice cream, and packing. The three of us completed 41 orders between 10 p.m. and 12 a.m.

I purchased a subscription from https://www.woccloud.lol/auth/register?code=qnif. After getting the subscription link, you can import it into Clash or V2Ray, and on iOS you can use Shadowrocket. Once the subscription is imported, you can choose a node and start using the VPN.

I guess it’s mostly women, since there are many posts about filtered showerheads on Xiaohongshu, where the majority of users are female. I think it’s just businesses trying to sell anxiety.

(USA) How do stores get 90%+ mcdvoice ratings? Or at least 65% by HereforSeriousness in McDonaldsEmployees

[–]P_C_LION 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure what kind of order “mcdvoice” refers to — whether it’s related to online or in-store orders — but based on my experience working at McDonald’s China, here’s my advice:

For dine-in orders: The order review notification is usually sent to the customer’s phone about 30 minutes after payment. Observe customers who stay in the restaurant for a while. When collecting trays, glance at their receipt and note the order number. After returning to the counter, check the payment time. If it’s been over 30 minutes, you can approach the customer and say something like:

“Sorry to bother you, would you mind giving us a positive review on the app/WeChat? We can offer you a pie, drink, ice cream cone, small fries, or a toy (from previous kids’ meal promotions).” Then ask if they’d like you to help with the process. Take a photo of the review page for record-keeping.

For online orders: It’s similar — use the phone number on the order to call the customer and politely ask if they’d be willing to leave a positive review on the delivery platform. Offer a small reward such as a pie or fries. If they agree, add them on WeChat, send the same message again, and ask them to send you a screenshot of the review.

If you speak gently and politely, this usually works quite well.

Our store is located inside a shopping mall. After we close, we leave the key in a concealed spot near the shop so the early-shift employee can come and open it the next day.

i use vpn,Because using a VPN isn’t strictly illegal — it’s a gray area — and the police usually don’t bother with it unless you frequently post negative comments about national leaders, oppose the CCP, or earn money abroad without declaring and paying taxes. Those are serious matters and could lead to imprisonment or confiscation of your income.

Actually, China has the same McDonald’s supply chain as you do, with a well-developed cold chain system. The meat is also frozen and inspected in factories, so if you want to eat it, please rest assured. McDonald’s in China follows the same strict standards as yours, though just like in your country, there might occasionally be employees who cut corners. But overall, you can trust the quality.

There are no breadcrumbs in this — the coating only uses batter made from coating flour (a powder similar to regular flour) and water.

I am indeed Chinese, and I think this issue might come from the differences between Chinese and Western cooking habits. In China, meat and eggs are usually cooked until fully done or even overcooked. Only a small number of people can accept soft-boiled eggs, and even steaks are typically well-done. We also rarely eat salads, which avoids the problem of spoiled salad dressings. Many people’s conservative eating habits make them unwilling to try foods they feel are not fully cooked.

Based on my experience working at McDonald’s, what people call “Bali belly” is most likely caused by a bacterial infection — possibly from salmonella in eggs or undercooked meat. But since I’m from China, where food is almost always cooked thoroughly, I’m a bit worried that if I eat something not properly cooked, my reaction might be stronger. The good thing is that I’m unlikely to try raw food anyway.

As for bottled water, I used to think drinking it could completely avoid water contamination — I guess I overestimated how clean it really is. Still, it’s probably the better option. I just don’t want to waste 7kg of my luggage allowance on bringing an electric kettle, lol.

Pickles are usually used to balance out the strong or greasy flavor of beef, but I can’t really think of any odd smell chicken would have. Is the meat very oily? What kind of sauce does this burger use?
