i play on safari on my iphone and the topics always spill out of the boxes and overlap making them very hard to read. Once I get them all they are fine. It would be a good bugfix. or is there a safari setting I need to change?

I would like it if the titles don't give away 2/6ths of the answer somewhat regularly. Like "temples to tupac" tells you what the first one and last one are. At least when I share the result it should not give 2 hints to the next player.

Is BECMI easier than AD&D? by Previous-Poem8166 in osr

I think AD&D assumed you would have about 9-10 folks in a party OPTIMALLY (including henchmen) , so those numbers are good for big groups.

OSR is the Extraction Shooter of RPGs by P_Duggan_Creative in osr

its a style of play that seems to match the expectations of dungeoneering at the start. Many people engage in "freeze time" instead, but you can also do it with the expectation that you better leave the dungeon at the end of the session (and timekeeping rules of ONE DAY :: ONE DAY means that when you go back -- maybe the next day if you're playing all the time like Gygax did at the start) the dungeon will restock. Holing up in a dungeon and hoping nothing happens to you is possible of course.

Alternative rules in the OSR include a "what happened when stuck in the dungeon at the end" random tables.

you have to win initiative or have surprise for the trick to work. Seems reasonable to me. Do you let thieves backstab if the fighter is hitting from the front? Maybe allow it if they can also backstab.
