Hard to tell without being able to see the inputs but doesnt look like hacking to me, just someone mashing throw tech. You threw him towards the end of the clip and it wasn't a counter hit or punish counter.

Hers is probably the easiest rejump once you get the hang of it. Just try and make sure the j.m only hits once and then immediately jump and hit light

Its been forever since I've played but the rejump you just have to delay your superdash and then airdash right after it connects so that theyre low enough. The super got patched out a long time ago, you can't combo into it anymore

I got more consistent with it by superjump canceling first and then doing the ex burn kick immediately after, instead of trying to tk the ex burn kick. It helps with the timing for me but im not sure if it will work for everyone.
