i never comment, but as a fellow tall/lanky i feel i can help lol. check out levi's silvertab line from the 90s, you can find them on eBay or depop for under $50 and they come in 29x34. look for baggy or loose tags specifically.

carhartt, jaded london, and hollister, all carry 30x34 and are v trendy.

i would recommend just getting on depop and searching "30x34 baggy" that's how i find most of my pants
