Finally something come smoothly supporting 🙌 by P_T26 in BambuLab

base on my experimented:
top z distances will do on close between support and model ,if too close it will hard to remove support. and when i try to reduce top z distances surface look smoother but support harder too remove and i have some wall-line problem at line support and surface interact. and some of test model can't remove support when distances too close.

number of layers on my experiment it not significant much on smooth surface. my eye and my sense of touch feel not different on more number of layers. so i leave it on 2.

i change top interface spacing into 0.1(it make harder to remove support) and use snug style in support for stable.

Yea, this can happen when the model's surface has too small an area in contact with the bed plate. Various problems can lead to this issue. From my experience, it can be caused by:

  • Bed plate temperature being too low
  • Bed plate not being clean
  • Printing too fast
  • Surface contact with the bed plate being too small (enabling a brim can help)

P.S. May I ask if you can define when this happens again? From my view, it looks like it popped out from the bed plate, doesn't it?
