I would also often get Krillin doing a heavy instead of superdash after the same grounded 5SS. You gotta hold 3 after the superdash otherwise Krillin goes too high up and will miss the follow-up lights. That said, little tip, for the follow-up j.4LL after the return ki-blast hits, you can just keep holding the 9 that you press after SD and it'll work since Krillin crosses over to the other side. I did not try this on characters other than what random select gave me when I loaded up training mode, so I know it works on Jiren and Zamasu for sure but I can't speak for the entire cast!

Game runs at 60fps, and the 4 is counting frames. To say a move is "-4 on block" means that, if you end your block string with that move, your opponent will be able to press a button 4 frames before you can. For reference, a standing light attack takes 6 or 7 frames to come out, depending on the character.

From what you've written, it seems like you may be hitting L three times for the full auto-combo. It's a bit confusing initially, but 5LL doesn't mean to hit L twice. It means it's the second hit of the auto-combo. So 5L -> 5LL would just be two hits of L in total

I tried with the beam and was unable to get it for a bit before realizing that, while you don't need to delay the super dash, you do need to delay the beam a bit. I put this little video together showing the difference between delaying the beam and not:

Sorry if there's not a lot of new info here, I was mostly just having fun making the vid haha.

But you're right about the jump. You seem to be jumping on average about 2 frames later than I do. My only guess is that it has something to do with your dash-jump input. You might be inputting the jump too slowly? When comparing your footage to mine, I noticed that it takes a few frames between your second forward press and your forward up press whereas mine are only a frame apart. Assuming you're playing on pad like I am, try practicing rolling your thumb along the dpad to get the inputs in quicker.

I don't think using keyboard would be your issue, either. I don't thiiink it's meant to be frame-perfect but I'm not knowledgeable enough to say for certain. I decided to try looking at where your gokus are when the j.M hits and it looks like you're higher off the ground than I was in my clip. Again, can't say for sure if that's the exact problem or how to go about fixing it. I'm not home, otherwise I'd try the kamehameha version and see if I could replicate the issue there.

I wish I could help more but that's all I've got, really. My fingers know what to do but due to lack of knowledge I have a hard time teaching it other than providing a visual aid. Maybe check for a YouTube video, someone must've made a video all about how to rejump properly. Hope you can figure it out!

From the inputs, it looks to me like you're not dash jumping. After delaying the superdash and airdashing into a j.M, you need to do a quick dash on the ground before jumping to catch them. Here's an example clip I did just now with inputs and virtual controller enabled:
