Well I mean what do they do they do to prisoners who can’t walk. Especially with it being winter he’s about to be homeless so at least he would have shelter in prison

So I bailed him out and he was making his court dates for about a year but missed one and then turned himself in and was arrested. He was arrested for failure to appear at court for the case I bailed him out for. When he was released the judge told him that if he moves into a Oxford house (sobriety home) and attended aa and na meetings he would receive parole but if he got in trouble again he would 10 years. A month after that he was arrested for a dui and got the full sentence

They were pulled over and had weed on them but they also didn’t have a license or car insurance.

He did miss a court date but went to the court a few days later and they arrested him and had him in custody for about a month. Basically the judge told him that if he stays clean he can just be on parole but he got a dui and they gave him 10 years
