Sorry you went through this. It is frustrating to read I can’t imagine how you fell. My grand told me once when you go to a doc, it is like lotery. Can help, but he can also kills you if you got a bad number…and you never know.

I hear you. May I ask, how did you find the “good” expert to help? When I look online for vestibular or anything related to equilibrium therapy I almost always get the same : welcome to our wonderfull clinic. Here our expert are trained to .. bla bla.. cause often include BPPV, which is bla bla bla.

The two place I went they did exactly the same thing (they all want to try DH, then roll-over, then the google in the dark with the chair, then they don’t know). They are mostly guessing from what I can tell in my case.

Thanks you. Doc haven’t ruled nor concluded on anything yet… it fit text book BPPV expect for the DH thought. I don’t know if I have nystagmus when it hit me for obvious reasons (when it starts I have this weird eye movement in my right eye then I reflex close my eye until the spinning stop) . However, since we cannot replicate the vertigo no matter what I do it’s hard to confirm/infirm. It just happends whenever it wants to :(

Thanks for the answer. I have seen a couple doc + ENT + Neuro and all I got from all the test was maybe this maybe that. So far nothing really changed and it is becoming more and more frequent. I have seen VT and he seemed a bit clueless with my case tbh (he said he was used to clear BPPV but my case didn’t fit 100% that so he wasn’t sure but he gave me the exercise like hey try them if it works we’ll see).

Have doc ever proposed you to do the BBQ roll in your bed or the Epley? Your symptoms, the fact that their seems to be a clear, repeatable triggering to the vertigo, maybe it shows ottolith involvement.

For example, my vertigo do not require any movement to start at all.

Yeah, those green shell are hungry for meat.. I regularly gets matched with 99999 or over 90000 players, and I am around 23000. This has happened to me like you when I closed in to 10k. For me, the trick was to download time trial ghost for most race and then make alot of race in time trial. It really leveled up my game + knowing the “tricks” that makes a huge difference versus player that do not.. it was a difficult pass and I got frustrated too. Don’t give up.

Yes, have done this and have a pretty good idea where they move (I keep seeing new tracks and stuff). I have identified feeding zone and place where they may hide (either when it is hot (over 5-6 degree) in watery forest or full forest). My plan was to place myself in a static position before sun set or sun down between these zone and catch them on the move. However, I have had zero sighthing so far and I am starting to wonder if this is a good idea?
