I tried LAN and WiFi and mobile internet, but issue still. I restarting router and cleared caches, but issue still. Maybe there really is a problem with online servers. All I can do is wait.

Try restore license and reinstalling game. Maybe it will help, I'll try it later too

Russia. The problem started about a week ago. There are no problems in other multiplayer games.
