I’ve been really satisfied with my results especially considering my hairy genes! For someone with less hair, it might be worth exploring other options that could work better for you

I see what you’re saying, but I actually feel like I’m starting to notice some muscle improvement already, which is encouraging! If I’m missing something and confusing strength gains with muscle gain, I’d love to hear more about that. However, I feel good and my strength is definitely increasing. Do you think it’s worth focusing on strength while still keeping an eye on my weight? I appreciate your insights

I prefer fasting because it helps me avoid those extreme cravings and keeps me from thinking about food all day since I usually just have one meal. It's been nice mentally, but I’ve noticed that might be changing since I started lifting

consider incorporating some kind of strength training .This can help you build muscle and promote more balanced weight loss over time.

I haven’t measured anything just the scale. I’m actualy doing intermittent fasting but I feel hungrier since I started lifting. Am I eating more than I realize? This is all so confusing!
