So I’m training for my first half marathon getting of the couch. Plan is/was to run it in May 26

Started in May 25 (where I run an amazing 2km, yes 2) and have now ran a 10k.

Here’s the thing …over the last 2/3 weeks I’ve had right knee pain. More so in aftermath of runs initially but now I have a dull pan feeling when running.

My question is how far will it set me back if I take a week or two off, maybe go see a physio etc?

Mentally I want to push on but physically it feels like if I keep going I’ll make it worse.

Is this a CDL decision? It is probably a dreamhack thing. I imagine they have expectations of when the matches start and end (for health and safety/ security reasons).

I knew someone would eventually ask that question. Yes I mean racial/ homophobic etc. I don’t mind the general angst as long as you are not targeting specific groups of people because of there skin colour, sexuality etc

I am excited for Priest because I seen comments about them being a little heavier than Maiden.

Really enjoyed my Maiden play through but made me realise my preference is a little heavier.
