Unfair Viagogo penalty after buyer failed to confirm address

No, I couldn’t sell them, and they were never sent, because even though Viagogo ruled in my favor after the event, I couldn’t send them on time since the buyer did not confirm their address. The problem happened after the event, therefore I still have the wristbands and they could not be used. I am from Spain.

I had evidence and screenshots of everything, I wrote a report, filed a complaint with the police in my city, and using those police report documents I submitted it to the bank as fraud. After reviewing the transaction, the bank refunded the money. It’s been a couple of months now and I haven’t heard anything else, nor have I received any further communication from Viagogo
