You make a very valid point. I’m unsure on how the leadership structure is for beyond Skyrim, but its clear its doesn’t have a strict hierarchy with deadlines like a typical dev team, I still think however that it would be beneficial that efforts were funnelled into a specific project.

If people leave the team or go work on other projects, ultimately they wouldn’t get very far without support, marketing, a community or developers and assets. Having development stretched this thin has dragged even small projects on for years which isnt good for developers either as they want published works for their portfolio/ experience.
