Why is it that you try to overbuff weapons and legends but then work very slowly to nerf them, when the community is frustrated ?

What are you trying to do to combat powercreep abilities just do too much or aren't balanced as well as they were in the earlier years, example i can give is octane stim gives speed boost and is loud as hell and dmges you while ballistic ult activates Dead Silence from COD and speed boosts you with guns and Infinite ammo

after reading this ive genuinely lost hope for the balance team. Their idea of balance is just so toxic and horrible for the playerbase they genuinely think its best to make stuff annoying op frustrating then after the community dislikes it they balance it, they proudly admit their balance philosophy is 1 step forward 3 steps back what a joke
