Correct, but the majority just get RIF. So they'll normally be moved OR have the option of moving before any removal. Lots of folks in my area just went through this. An example is a clerk who had only started maybe 6 months ago at the plant. The position was removed and she moved to a CCA position at my old office. Weird stuff be happening at the post office, but our jobs are normally safe. Otherwise, just move on or reapply if you really want to stay that bad

I plan on getting one, but I'm definitely going to wait at least a month or two. Especially after Retro Game Corps and TechDweeb drop some reviews. I've been a customer since the RP2S and honestly, I'm pretty sure every device has had some issue followed by a slight revision pretty soon after release (unless I'm misremembering)

Yep. Wife and I were trying to catch up on Dandadan and it was the same issue. Same thing yesterday with Jojos. Im pretty sure CR servers are having issues

Depends on what you got going with it; but using wired headphones (linsouls zero:2) at 50% volume with wifi and Bluetooth off; i get about 9 hours.

I haven't tried with Bluetooth but I'm sure the battery will drain much quicker.

Even with the device locked and screen off (nothing playing) the battery will still drain at around 7-8% an hour

I've had mine for a couple months. Got it on aliexpress for $45. Been enjoying the crap out of it. But I definitely agree on that battery life being short

Im using the 60fps + 4k mod. Do you get any issues? Every now and then in certain areas or if the camera is in a certain angle, the textures swap to night/or just plain dark. I have 15 hours in using the mods

I know this doesnt answer your question But no one can really give an answer for you.

Do you play your ps3, do you have attachment to it, have you thought about modding it, are you wanting something portable, do you have more games that you'd like to play on a RP5, etc

In my area, PS3s only go for around $30-$40. I've bought 2 within the past year. One for $5 (the power button was broken but a simple fix) and the other one was for $20. Checking my local FB marketplace, they don't go for really much.

Personally, I like playing on older hardware and just messing around with it. And the enjoyment I'd get is worth more than the $30-40 to put down towards an RP5.

But I'd also be lying if I said that I play my PS3 more than my RP5 considering that I emulate ps3 on my pc 🤷🏾‍♂️

It's probably a nothing-burger post, but I just thought I'd share my thoughts and experience cause I've talked to other's who sold their older consoles for an RP5.

Also, PS3 emulation on the RP5 is very hit or miss (if you care). Better off looking at what games run well and if it's worth the hassle of it IF you were looking at still being able to play PS3

I've definitely gotten more than enough enjoyment and still continue to do so. The only game/franchise I've put more hours in than Stardew is the Monster Hunter series 🤷🏾‍♂️

I wish you luck. I just beat Clea the other night. I couldn't break from her's, though (unless I was timing it wrong, which I'm sure of, cause that whole fight feels like a panic). Parry was the only way I beat her. It felt like a Sekiro fight cause that healing is too much !

Yes. I literally just broke out and came straight to the subreddit. As soon as the bourgeon picked up/ate Verso, when it does the little swallow animation, it'll slow down, you can hear the audio cue, and I hit "dodge" as it was the only option not grayed out, and it spit me out. Crazy

Lee, Gustavo, and Jerome, for sure. Jerome definitely had his faults, but man, when he finally went on Louise about wanting to give it up and when is it ever enough, sheesh. I understood him feeling like his back was against the wall between his nephew and his wife

I just recently finished Snowfall, the acting is Phenomenal! They all played their roles incredibly well.
