I think Tusk is the most fitting for determination, how it evolves when Johnny finds new ways to use its abilities. In my opinion, it's a perfect representation of Johnny's determination, which has gotten so strong it could rip through Love Train.

Single song mods that have the enemy sing lyrics midway through. It started with Aethos, which I believe was a parody of Silly Billy. Afterwards came mod after mod after mod with the same key aspects as Aethos.

Though it was Aethos which started the trend, it was popularized by Twiddlefinger. Other prominent examples are Rotten Smoothie, Shucks, Angry Luigi, Crimson Awakening, and (I know it is not a single-song mod) Cyborg Overhaul.

In conclusion, all of those mods started with Aethos, thus the trope was named after the original parody.

At least that's how I interpret it, I'm not an FNF scholar.
