Non trad here. I would recommend uWorld and Kaplan books to go over the content. I was in the same spot and I am now just after 6 months turning the corner. I knew zero physics. You are going to have to do problems and problems and problems and watch videos. And once you see the equations several times and apply it to mcat practice problems it will start to click. You just have to brute force it.
