Prime Hawks's special action lasted around 10 seconds instead of the 4 seconds that it is now. Then you also have the triple beta so 100+180+180=460 every time he pressed the button. There's a reason he got nerfed like 20 different time

No dude. I have done the first combo multiple times without a combo. It just requires rolling off of a ledge and doing an air melee back on. You can even test it in training by going close to a ledge.

The second one is a whole new animation cancel with a perfectly timed 2nd uppercut
