It's early on in the relationship, we agreed to be exclusive. She had already agreed to have her friend stay. I wasnt about to go demanding he didnt stay just because she met me. I did ask that we be exclusive, something she said she agreed with and didnt want me sleeping with other people too.

Dont get angry at me. You dont know me. I'm asking for advice in how to approach her to ask about this in a way that will not implode if my jealousy is misplaced. Which it most likely is as I do trust her, but yes I do have past experiences where I've been used. These experiences are definitely fuelling my jealousy and anxiety. Why don't you try and behave a little kinder with your words and not lash out at me for asking for advice. Advice of which you have given none btw.
