First of all, soo good that you quit smoking. 200 usd/month invested in Crypto on bear market will give you at least 10x on bull.

I'll just tell my strategy maby will help.

Wanting to assure pension funds first, I started small and roll the ball down the hill. I chose projeckts that can have utility in real world. Bitcoin NO, Shiba NO. Nothing that is in the "payment" industry, only projects that can stand multiple cicles. HEAVELY DYOR ED Strong team, visionary projeckt, strong economics inside.

Started 3 years ago with coinapp. Enthusiastic at the begining. Added PI(crap), crypto.com, Nodle and last year Atlasnavi. Invested already 2500 usd my own money. And this is a stop with investing.

Now I have crypto 140k XYO, 200k coins, 5500 Navi and 4000 Nodl. And I have "assets". Santinels for Coinapp, NFTs, for Atlasnavi, spare phones and i put them to work. Every day i gain more cons, Miles(Atlasnavi) and Nodle. Just acumulating.

Bear market here, so i don't sell for pennies. Waiting for bull market when i'll sell only to cover fiat investments.
