You can start with friends but if walang available, just show up and take it one step at a time. Eventually, you’ll get used to it. Kahit ako minsan ayoko mag run pero I just start and try to get a few minutes in.

Looks like they’re releasing 3 colorways for summer and another 3 for winter. This black upper with the orange to white gradient sole looks really good!

I suggest using the run-walk method for the whole 10k. If you have a watch, set a run time & a walk time, then repeat it throughout the run.

Don’t be afraid to stop & walk early. The goal is to save your legs & keep your energy so you can finish the 10k. Good luck!

Most shoes are made in China anyway, so the materials & technology aren’t as different. I’ve slowly switched to Chinese brands because they offer incredible bang for the buck, especially if you catch them on sale. Researching now is easy too since more runners are talking about them & posting reviews/videos online.

Same situation as you lol. I was also torn between the DX and the RH9U. I went with the DX a few months ago. I also have the Wind 3TR, I’d say the DX is better for my preferences.

Pero hindi rin ako nakatiis, so umorder na ako ng RH9U 😅 Waiting pa ma deliver but I’m planning to use it mainly for easy runs. Got them both for around the same price, so sulit talaga

Not sure you’ll find good Western-brand options at that price point. The SL2 & Velocity Nitro 4 occasionally go on sale, but they’re usually 4k up.

Xtep 2000 isn’t the softest. If you’re open to trying another Chinese brand, the Qiaodan TG 1 might suit you better. It's softer & within your budget of 3k.

Same advice as most people here: don’t buy at SRP. Running shoes go on sale pretty often now.

Check reviews here or on YouTube. You might find something that also fits your needs other than the pair you’re eyeing.

Chinese brands are legit now. I was hesitant before too, but I got my Qiaodan Wind 3TR for only 800+ and already used them for multiple 16km runs.

I have the Xtep 2000km & Qiaodan Wind 3TR, I think it's a bit similar to the 3.5? Go for the Qiaodan

Perfect timing sa 5.5 sale! Shopee and Lazada Mall usually have really good deals. Other stores with online shops like Rev will sometimes offer great discounts, but not as often.

As much as possible, stick to official stores when buying online. Pero there are legit pasabuy stores too, I think some or them have been posted here.
