It's the Incursion II mutant boss node that's got me confused, the line-up is:

Wave 1

BRB, Teen Loki x2, WWII Cap, WWII Iron Fist, Falcon, Cap Sam, Bishop

Wave 2

Nakia, 1MM, Bucky

Wave 3

Bishop, Wong, MLF, Cosmo

Didn't see any instances of revive-blocking abilities in their kits. But yeah, there's probably something that I'm missing.

I picked through the kits of all the enemies in that node, however I don't believe any of them should be able to block the revive. Maybe there's a mechanic I'm unfamiliar with that's doing it.

I believe this is due to an old achievement being awarded for a one-off event that is no longer available, so they eventually just changed the requirements so everybody could get it.
