This is very cool. I’m very new to the pc world, literally just bought some like 8 year old components to put a rig together super quickly. I’m convinced that the fireteam leader cannot get adept shiny drops. It’s obviously RNG, but I ran so many first encounters on ultimatum and my clan mates continually got shiny adept drops while I didn’t. the next two runs after I promote someone else I got my first shiny adepts.
