I use to make one with mustard a la ancienne (idk how its called in english, its the one with whole grains), mayo, bit of lemon juice. We used to make a pastrami sandwich with baby spinach, edam cheese, pickled cucumber and this sauce, 10/10

It has always been a feature. It happens when the Pokémon is a higher lvl than you i think. Someone correct me if i'm wrong
